Treat this as a shape, not a schedule
Deadlines vary widely by university, by country and by course, and some of the dates that matter most are not application deadlines at all — scholarship rounds, visa processing times and accommodation openings each run on their own clock. Centralised systems such as UCAS in the UK publish fixed cycle dates each year; most other applications are set by the individual university. Build your plan backwards from the earliest date that applies to you, confirmed on the official page.
